This solution helps understand the impacts of the actions and decisions taken by the network, windows, database and application administrators to help understand each individual’s impact on the functioning of the business. HP Application Performance Management (APM) - HP’s APM on SaaS proactively monitors applications and processes over the IT infrastructure to understand end-user experiences and provide insights and identify problems in advance. APM also is used to monitor real user and business processes. APM utilizes transaction management and end-user experience to manage end-user perspective and response times.
HP Operations Manager- This solution uses smart plug-ins to monitor, analyze and troubleshoot application services in the RTSM to improve performance of the applications on and off the premises and also in the physical or virtual environment.
HP Network Management Center- This solution is used to provide network visibility where all the physical networks, virtual services and public cloud services are connected and automated through workflow processes for troubleshooting, availability and performance capability.
