Implementing BSM solutions can also help bridge the gap between infrastructure and processes, implement best practices, tie with competitor products, provide a dashboard for visualization of high-end business metrics, provide business process insight by translating infrastructure decisions and their impact on business metrics, monitor and provide insights and resolution to end-user experiences, model business and IT perspectives and integrate IT and business events and environments in real-time for fast responses.
